If you’re ready (or more than ready) to move forward in your life and or business, then you may be ready for coaching with Troy. Troy specializes in working with business owners, managers and leaders who are very open to change.
While the beginning of change is accepting completely where you are right now, Troy’s gentle but persistent approach allows you to build on what is truly most important to you, and move forward one step at a time. You will understand your priorities more clearly and deeply than you ever have before and so naturally begin to design your life around them and set yourself up for success.
Through this steady, natural process, Troy works with clients to build the life of their dreams ... a life that they are destined for. Troy knows this natural process intimately, as he himself has built his coaching career, based on who he truly is, what he loves to do, and naturally sharing this with others.
Troy’s career has progressed from computer sales to technical training, small business management, leadership training, business consulting, to his current and most rewarding career of all, Personal Coaching.
Troy has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia and was a Rotary Foundation Ambassador to Australia, where he attended Australian National University in Canberra and achieved a Graduate Degree in International Law.
Upon his return to Canada, Troy pursued his interest in working with people from different cultures, through computer training with a Vancouver multi-cultural business college, prior to taking on responsibility for managing the college’s career programs.
Troy then returned to university, to develop his specialization in management and human performance.
In 1992, he graduated from the University of Western Ontario's MBA program. The Western MBA created an opportunity for Troy to work with Executive Development Services (EDS), leading management and leadership training workshops with major Canadian companies across the country.
In January 1994, Troy founded The Performance Results Group (PRG) to focus exclusively on Personal Business Coaching. By 1997, Troy had developed a full coaching practice, as well as a network of coaching associates, both locally and internationally. In 1998, Troy took PRG’s unique coaching style and systems on-line with the launch of www.Success-by-Design.com.
